What to Expect

Services at Grace are reverent and focused on God’s Word and Sacraments. We focus on hearing God’s Word, singing hymns, receiving His gifts, and responding with prayer and praise. We observe the Lord’s Supper on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month and all festivals. We celebrate the Divine Service using settings from the Lutheran Service Book.

Communion

We welcome guests to the Divine Service at Grace!

Grace as a member of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod (LCMS) practices Closed communion, which means we believe that receiving the Lord’s Supper is a public confession of a common faith, therefore, we ordinarily limit participation in this sacrament to those who are baptized and confirmed members of one of the congregations of the LCMS.

Communicant members in good standing of an LCMS congregation are asked to announce themselves to an usher before the service, if they wish to receive the Lord’s Supper. Those who are unable to receive communion are invited to use this time to pray or may come forward and cross their arms to receive a blessing.

Christian Education

We offer Christian Education for all ages.

The Sunday Adult Bible class focuses on a scripture study. We also have wonderful Sunday School teachers to instruct children of all ages. All are welcome.

COVID-19 Precautions
